Analysis of A Public Figure’s Stance: Choose a public figure, such as a politician or civil leader, who professes the Christian faith but is not clergy in that faith. Read the figures speeches, blogs, or interviews in which religion is a sole or major topic; determine which of those theological positions taken by Christians toward other religions and discussed in this course is assumed by your chosen figure; explain your determination in detail; and comment on the fittingness of such a position for person in the public eye.
