Patient Scenario:
Hannah is a new patient to your clinic/Medi-spa. She has been receiving the same advanced
treatment she has booked in for, elsewhere. She insists that she does not need a consultation
and that her skin is strong enough to handle the highest intensity. Because Hannah is also in
a rush and has received this treatment before, she believes she does not need any aftercare
advice.
